Notes: not fasted. Nothing to say really.

On the diet front, going good so far. I spaced my meals better yesterday so I wasn’t going to bed hungry. The one thing though is that I’m going to add creatine back in. I took it out while bulking because it had become redundant due to all the red meat I was eating, however now that I’m only eating 1/2lb a day, that only gives me about 1/2g of creatine so I’m gonna start making up the difference.

Tomorrow is deadlift day. I feel really good so if I feel as good as I do today tomorrow I’ll really push it hard since this is the last week before a deload.
