Notes: ok, so I was only supposed to do 140 for a single and ended up doing a triple. It wasn’t so difficult to where its interfering with my general laziness and take it easy approach.

Notes: these felt really, really easy. Even easier than usual. My elbow felt good on them too.

N0tes: I added these in just because. I like doing curls and they only took five minutes to do. Sue me. My arms are also looking a little smaller and tend to be the first things to deflate along with my stomach when I diet so I wanna do some direct bicep work.

On the diet front, feeling good so far. I’m not really worrying about my weight right now but I weighed exactly 200 this morning. The only problems on the diet so far are the disgusting amount of carbs on carb days and I was pretty hungry right before going to bed last night so I’m gonna have to work on my meal spacing. Otherwise, everything is a-okay. Elbows are feeling good. Mindset is good. I have to keep fighting the urge to start pushing again and keep in mind that I have to take it easy for awhile.
