I had taken a week off because I really didn’t have time because there was more important stuff going on. I went easy today just to get back into it. I just kinda lifted how I felt and didn’t really push and didn’t deal with the 5/3/1 percentages. Ok day.

Your bench is sick. The most I’ve 1RM’d was 195, right after I racked I nearly blacked out. I think what’s keeping my bench from going up is tricep-related, so I’m going to start working on lockouts methinks. Also my last comment had a Mr. Hands link…that was stuck there from another wordpress blog of a person I’m not cool with…forgot to change it back. Ha.
haha my bench sucks. In a world where a 3 plate bench isn’t uncommon, a 2 plate bench is nothing to write home about. Thanks though.
